Hi, we're pleased to announce our latest release:

Scala 5 Release 5.1.39

Content Manager 5 Release 5.1.39

• The installer now recognizes Tomcat 5.5.34 and newer, and no longer thinks you need to install Tomcat.

The following sequence works:

• Install Tomcat 5.5.33
• Install Content Manager 5.1
• Update Tomcat to 5.5.35
• Apply the 5.1.39 updater. Run it from the command-line, with the argument /WEBAPPCONFIG so that it knows to regenerate the configuration info for the web application.

On systems with Tomcat 5.5.35 but not Content Manager, you cannot run the 5.1 installer since it won't spot Tomcat.  Best to start with Tomcat 5.5.33, or contact our tech support.
